Is this cockerel a leghorn?... and what sex is our sumatra?

Hi there,
we were hoping for some help with a couple of our chickens

this is our 17 week old cockerel which we thought was a white leghorn, but he has a few splashes of brown and some black in the tail-is he just poor quality or a cross? don't mind either way as he's such a character!


And this is our 12 week old sumatra bantam which we hope is a pullet

what do you think?sorry about the pics...

I'm guessing the cockerel is a cross - heavy on leghorn blood, and I believe the Sumatra is a pullet.
