Is this comb to big to be a girl?

Hi this is my 3 week old blue/lemon pekin and the only frizzle to hatch but to me the comb is a lot bigger compared to the rest is it my luck that the only frizzle is to be a cock???

In my experience with Cochins, yes, the big comb early on indicates boy.
