Is this considered a partridge?

My little baby silkie was hatched just yesterday and before he came out I saw this thread. I thought to myself. "I would love to have a partridge silkie, they are just gorgeous!'' Well a couple of hours after, this little guy showed himself. I had to laugh at myself because he looks like a partridge... Can anyone here confirm my thought or am I a wishful thinker!!!

YAY!!! What are the odds, right?!?!?! lol I hatched this guy and I am hoping the other two eggs will hatch too. 1 egg is a day late (day 22) and the other is due today. I hope they hatch and they look like this one... The mom and dad are in my avatar. I hatched these because mom is not tame. Anyway. I am so excited!!! Thanks!
