Is this coop a good find?

Aart and others are better at this, but I happened to be on line.

I build all my own. Ugly. Functional. But not in your budget. Stuff is expensive right now. Just the roofing on my last build was $300, without considering the screws, the purlins, the rafters themselves, or the hurricane ties. I think I had another $300 in lumber, and another $300 in walls, and its as minimally framed as possible. It also has 0/zero/none/nil/nada predator protection. Its an open shelter in a larger run.

Hopefully, this pans out for you.

We have 4 pieces of plywood and 8 2x4s left over from a project along w some scrap wood so that will help w the cost. The coop is cheap enough for us to buy with $ left over to add some modifications. Our other option is to use free pallets from my job to construct one so I won’t be terribly disappointed if this doesn’t pan out. It would just save us a ton of time on the “bones” of it lol.

Not sure I'd bother with it.
They've already added on to it...and really wonder how well that was done,
and how the heck you can move such a thing.
The roof on the main coop looks pretty worn, may not last much longer.
Did they give you any dimensions?
Definitely look very closely inside for water marks from leakage.

Dimensions of each piece are 4x4
