Is this coop big enough?

Not to pile on, but that's a very attractive, completely impractical coop. I wouldn't put more than three Banties in it, and I won't keep Banties, so...

That's a dollhouse of a coop. Scale it up, and you've got something there.
haha yea. I've moved on from it. I'm gonna build my own. I'm gonna try to source as much as I can over the next few weeks through free sources (craigslist / facebook/etc. )

Hey!
So we are getting some chicks in a few weeks, and I’m trying to determine a good coop set up. I made a separate post for a possible shed idea. But I found a local coop builder snd was curious what y’all thought about this.

they describe it as 4x8 coop, and say it fits 6-8 birds. That’s the full area including coop and run. The house itself is 2.25 feet x 4 feet. Again I’m new, but that does not seem big enough if I’m reading other posts correctly. That would only be 9 square feet of house, and 32 square feet of run.
I’ve read several articles and posts and if you go by the recommended 3-4 square feet per bird in the house and 10 ft in the run, then that coop would be good for 3 chickens??? Not the 6-8 they advertise.

or am I completely wrong this Coop would actually work.
Any and all thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

here are pics of the coop
The coop size is OK and could possibly work, but the run is way way too small! That would be so sad, but if you could attach a larger run to the existing run it would work.My girls have over 100 ft.² each in their run and I feel like they would like a bigger area because they just wait by the gate for two hours before they know it’s time to free range in the yard.

That’s an excellent idea! Last week I saw someone giving away a 5‘ x 6‘ playhouse that looked hand built and all you had to do was go and pick it up! It had the door and windows, So all it needed would be hardware cloth over the open windows, nest boxes, roost and a poop board. You can find stuff like that on craigslist, you just have to look every day or a few times a day and then be able to pick it up right away.
