is this coop big enough?

add roosting bars, nesting boxes( 1 for every 3 birds), pop door leading to run, ventilation if its not already there. We converted an 8 x 8 shed and I think I would like more venting than was present. there are pics on "my page".

I am noticing that everyone has a different opinion on coop size/sq ft per bird. Our coop is tractor style, and is just under 4x4 with an 8x4 run. We have 6 chicks, 2 ducks in it right now and will end up with 3 chicks, 1 duck after we butcher the roosters in July and one duck within the next few weeks. We can only have the hens within city limits. We built it for 6 birds, but have been told that might be too many. We are going to stay with the 4 birds for this year and maybe add on later if we want more birds.
