is this crooked neck/wry neck????

Our baby chick is almost 4 days old and keeps throwing her head back (stargazing) we noticed it before but didn't think anything of it because she didn't do it that much....but not she seems to be doing it more. It doesn't make her fall backward but she does seem to have trouble balancing... She seems to be eating and drinking okay but idk if we should be doing something for this? I cant seem to get a picture of her doing it though to post. She is also dealing with splayed legs and I read that vitamin deficiency could cause wry/crooked neck.

Mix Polyvisol(without Iron)(I used Pedialite) and a capsule of Viatmin E. Give her 2 drops in the beak twice a day for 2 weeks. Should be corrected by then. Treat longer if needed. I had a Silkie with wry neck. This is th advice that was given to me and it corrected the problem.
