Is this definitely internal pipping

This duck egg is hatching much later than other two in its group (day 30 now). Is this internal pipping like I think? https://youtube.com/shorts/VTlZOFZ0aq0?feature=share. Should I make an air sac since he's so late?

I've been watching him pretty closely, so if this is definitely internal pipping it would have happened yesterday between 12pm-6pm. I'm at work then and checked before I left and then when I got home and that's when I saw the change. I can't hear him peep though.

So def an internal pip, I'd say it's okay to make a safe hole but if you can wait a bit longer to get confirmation? I'm pretty sure they can be okay for up to 24 hrs internally pipped before you need to worry.

Okay, I'm in no hurry I just don't want to kiss the opportunity to help if it's needed. Maybe he's too big or something I don't know, the air sac looks to be a decent size. His air sac did take longer to recede than the others. I also still could clearly see blood vessels when I made this video last night so it seems the oxygen is still flowing for him.
