Is this dry fowl pox, an inflamed feather follicle, or something else?

I recently noticed my 11 month old lavender Orpington developed these terrible looking things near her vent/under her tail. Her flock mates have been picking at her feathers around her tail (I’ve tried many things to address it, hopefully something works) so these stood out very clearly. I’ve sought advice from a local chicken group and their thoughts ranged from fowl pox to infected feather follicles, to perhaps flies. I’ve been applying vetricyn daily. She is eating and drinking normally and acting fine... no other flock mates have any sort of mark at all. Any insight would be appreciated! I have held off on bathing her as I know sometimes moisture isn’t helpful, but have tried to keep her as clean as possible.

:welcome I believe it's inflamed/infected feather follicles caused by feather pecking/plucking by flock mates. Is she separated from the flock?

Thanks so much for your reply! I put her in a crate for a few hours, but she kept hurtling herself around it and I worried she would harm herself further and let her rejoin. Do you think I should try again?
