Is this duck a Drake?

These two ducks have always been Lucy and Belle. We have 3 ducks and have often gotten three eggs a day, but I have heard it is not common for a duck to lay 2 a day. They also mate often.

What do you guys think?
The bottom is Belle and the top is Lucy.

These both look like females to me. You'll be able to for-sure tell by their voices though. Male ducks have a raspy-sounding noise while female ducks actually quack.
The 'mating' you're seeing could just be the two establishing dominance over each other, my female ducks do it all the time lol. Your ducks certainly are pretty!

They are a little over a year old. What threw me off was the different beak color

Both appear to be hens. Mating behavior between duck hens when no drake is present is very common.

I did not know how an all female cop acted. My females don't mate with each other probably because I have plenty of drakes. I try to keep a 2 hens per drake ratio. So far everyone gets along great!

All Ducks are sexual and it's a free for all. They don't care who they breed. I have Drakes for my Hens and the Hens breed each other too. Normal..

If they quack - female, unless it sounds raspy like a chain smoker.
