Duck droppings can vary dramatically due to factors such as diet, water intake, stress, weather, illness; there is no set standard on duck poop. Unless there is a controlled environment/diet, expect variability in the droppings.

A dark green fecal portion can simply be due to eating greens; if the duck has had access to some recently I suspect that may be the culprit. If you notice some behavioral changes such as not loss of appetite, lethargy, it would be best to bring the duck to a vet experienced with birds for an evualtion.
Dark green droppings can be the result of biliverdin pigmentation, which is created during times of anorexia. Unless you see a loss of appetite, I would not be concerned.

Poop changes throughout the day, depending on what they eat. As long as the bird is energetic and eating, and playing, I wouldn't worry about it.
