Is this EE mix a Hen or Roo?

This is Friday, my 12-14 week old EE mix. I have always thought that he/she was a hen, but now I’m not so sure. Sorry the pictures aren’t very good, tomorrow morning I can get some better ones if needed.

Today I was in the coop looking at her, and I noticed that there were some shiny feathers, but I’m not sure if they were hackles. Another thing I noticed was that she has large legs, though the pictures don’t really show it
