Definitely looks fertile! If it wasn't it would just be a small white blob.

Thanks !! What's bizarre is I got her 3 1/2 weeks ago and we don't have a rooster!! So I was like OMG is this egg fertile ?? So I bought an incubator to see what happens

Our eggs look like that but we don't have a rooster, I think you'd need to see another ring around that dot for it to be fertile.

So silly question. I have 6 hens, well, at least I think I have 6 hens......My girls started laying 5 days ago and my Delaware, Bernadette, was the first to lay, followed by my Blue Andalusian, Eleanor. Yesterday, Eleanor laid her first egg. After I collected eggs, I put them in the fridge and when I cracked Eleanor's egg open this evening, I saw a "bull's eye" and a blood spot on it. Normally I won't worry but I don't have a Roo.....so, is one of my girls just in disguise? LOL

I don't believe that the blood spot has anything to do with the egg being fertile, I see that all the time. On the other had the "bullseye" that you are seeing does mean that the egg was fertilized.
