Is this egg fertile?

I was supposed to have 2 female geese. My girl Ivy is laying eggs and made a nest. I've noticed her neck feathers are messed up and sticking out. Is Nibbles a boy? I'm going to have to eat my hat if my husband is right...

To be sure though, incubate next one a few days and then look. A germ disc will get clear center not white spot in the middle.

Not really sure. It has a very faint circle around the dot, isn't it supposed to be more visible. Maybe check another egg to be sure
