A fertil egg is gong to have a little bulls eye in it. I don't see that in your egg, unless you do, then I don't think it is fertil.

It almost looks like it is a day or so along in incubation given the size of the blastoderm if I'm seeing it right. If I am correct about that then yes it would indeed be fertile. I could be wrong though and what I'm looking at isn't the blastoderm.
