It doesn't really look like how a blastoderm should. I say infertile.

I'm no expert, but I think this one egg is infertile
as it looks a bit like this ⬆. If it has a clear bullseye like this ⬇
( which I don't believe it does ) then it would be fertile.
I would recommend cracking open a few more eggs and see what you get, three is a safe bet. My roo fertilizes 1 out of 3 eggs (he is less than a year old so fertility increases as he gets older)
