Is this egg fertile?

The photo is blurry so its hard to tell. Its an egg from a friends flock we're using to create bantam EE's, trying to see if our AI worked.
To me it looks like its infertile, but the blurry photo is making it hard to tell. I'd be happy to get tips for better egg photos to.

This is how I feel! I wanna say I see a bullseye, but not sure if thats just because its blurry. I do think I see a spot in the middle, but not the line. Thats whats confusing me. Thanks for the help!
