Is this egg fertilized?

I think I have a rooster in hiding? Unless my turkey Tom could fertilize chicken eggs....

It could be--chickens can self fertilize--parthenogenesis. it is rare and even though the eggs will develop, the embryo will die early in most cases. Some reptiles have much higher percentages of this with live offspring.
 
No neighboring roosters! I've had them since they were a day old.
 
I've also had some look like this when I had no roosters. I would go, say what? Interesting info ron..thanks. I've heard of that, just forgot it.
