Is this egg fertilized?

I put one egg in the incubator just to test it out but this is usually an easier way to see. Seramas eggs are new to me... is this one fertilized? I see a white dot but is that enough?

No. It is because what you are seeing is the blastodisc. Once fertile it becomes a blastoderm and has a 'bullseye' like these:
