is this egg fertilized?

hi chicken keepers. i got interested in organic free-range eggs because as far as i know there's a possibility that free-range hens are with roos and can lay fertile eggs. so i bought some and cracked one and this is what i saw. im not sure if this egg is fertile and im hoping that it is. can u help me with this? thnks
