Is this egg fertilized?

So, many of my eggs have a brown little worm looking thing (for lack of a better way to describe it) and I always wonder to myself if I have a transgender chicken and those eggs are actually fertilized. ha. Today however however I found an egg with lots of "debri". I do have a newer orpington but I am pretty sure that she is a hen as well....Is it possible I have a roo amongst my flock and don't even know it? I only have 5 chickens.

Blood spots and "floaty things" are common in fresh eggs. You have to look at the spot of the egg where the chick will develop to tell whether or not the egg is fertilized.
