Is this egg normal?

All hens in that pic. I personally have a different belief on the bullseye thing because all my eggs are fertile and never have bullseye so I see so many people collect eggs and have bulleyes how is that possible when they don't begin to grow until they are sat on by hen for a few days or in incubator for a day or 2. I'm going to test the bulleye theory soon. I think it has to do with hens ovary tract and a piece of tissue or bacteria in the yolk that begins to grow.
Most will say I'm wrong but I'll crack 50 fertile eggs and upload pics with no bullseye's

Thank you so much for your info should I be concerned the eggs may have bacteria? What to do not all the eggs just a couple here and there?

No I mean your cooking them and this is just my theory.
I was already researching this and will keep you posted. I know science says that's a fertilized egg but you have no rooster so you know it's not fertilized. I get 15 eggs a day and look closely for bulleyes and have even left them in nesting box for a few days with not 1 bulleye in the year I've been a chicken daddy lol.
