Is this egg shrink wrapped?

I am incubating six duck eggs. Three have hatched. Is this one shrink wrapped? I can't tell if I should intervene or not. Yesterday was "hatching" day.
Also there is very little room for the three that hatched and I know your not supposed to open the lid?

Do you have any other unhatched eggs in the incubator with pips?

It seems like it is making progress now. What do you think? Is close to twenty four hours

Ok I did read that. I have incubated chicks many times, but this is the first with ducklings so this is a new experience

If it is making progress, leave it in and don’t open the lid.
It can take up to 48 hours for ducklings to hatch from pip to zip.

Yes. Thank you!!! I haven't touched anything and I actually see this duckling is making progress now. I think it will hatch itself

Ducklings take forEVER to hatch.
It is totally different with ducklings.
Wait til you have all that fuzz in the incubator to clean out.
WAY more than chicks.
I have a NR360. If you have an air compressor, it works wonders.

We have our first true broody duck right now. She is sitting on seven duck eggs. So hoping she will stick it out.
