Is this egg viable?

Hi everyone,

I got some hatching eggs and I think this one isn't good? The photo is from tonight, egg is approx 2 weeks old. Egg is under a broody hen.

I'm 99% certain it's bad, but I don't want to remove it from mama hen until I'm certain, just in case.

I call those lava lamps. That one probably wasn't fertile or just didn't get started as there's nothing in there. Hopefully, you'll be able to have other ones hatch.
