Bad hatch, this is only one living that hatched with assistance....

Is so what to do with chick? Pipped internally on day 24.

That's the yolk you're seeing there. Your help you provided was too early (yes I know, even for day 24. . ), as normally a chick takes its time to suck the yolk up into its body.

Provide it an area that is warm and damp where other chicks will not break its yolk, and it should hopefully survive.

Sometimes this happens... my sister just had one hatch like this without her helping it hatch.
