This is my 20 month EE who has just gone thru a hard molt. She had a few white spots before the molt but it has gotten worse. She is eating fine and behaving normally, although I haven't had any eggs since she molted.

She lays beautiful blue eggs, too. Haughty though. Like she knows she's da bomb.You can find out what it is by treating for it. If it responds and clears up, then you know you were guessing correctly. Favus is a fungus. So smoothing on some athlete's foot cream or vaginal yeast cream or Blu-kote which contains gentian violet which kills fungus might do the trick.
If it doesn't respond to an antifungal, it could be face mites which would be smothered by smoothing on some thick oil or Vaseline.
If it doesn't respond to either of those, then it could be fowl pox (less likely) or some weird pathogen that flew down to earth from outer space on a meteor. (Just kidding about the last part)
