Is this favus?

    Noticed this on my Americana and don't know how to treat? Will it go away on its own? Is it life threatening? Looks like she has a grey beard. Any suggestions helpful.[​IMG]

    Favus is on the skin. She may have a grey beard or some feathers missing. Here is a picture of an advanced case of favus (note the white powdery skin:)
