Is this feathering in or disease/ injury?

Is this just feathering in, disease, too rowdy of chickens? Chick is about 7/8 weeks along.

Looks like feather picking to me. Generally it's from crowding, too warm, boredom, or deficiencies. How big of a set up? How many birds? What are you feeding?

They're picking her. Usually a sign of lack of protein, boredom, tight spaces, jerk chickens etc.
