Is this fertilized?

I just cracked open the first of our eggs today. The girls started laying last week. I am only confused as we have 4 supposed pullets together. No one crows, looks like a rooster or does rooster-y things to the others that I've seen.
So maybe it isn't fertilized and I'm just imaging things.

Difficult to tell. If I saw that on one of my eggs then I'd think it's fertile.
Most eggs have a white dot even if they aren't fertile.

Check the next few eggs you get..

Maybe you could post some pics of your flock and one of the sexperts could tell you if you have a Cockerel.

That's what I thought. The other three are pullets, I've been them in the nest boxes and found eggs. Their vents are all bigger and moist now that eggs have begun.

Just so weird to have a few of my first eggs look fertile.

@RaeSalem claims that Hens can turn into Cockerels.
Perhaps their theory Is correct.
