I am watching House (and I know these shows generally stretch the truth) on things...

but, there was a girl that was having these "visions" and out of body experiences. They have her hooked up to all of these contraptions and are literally watching her memories and current thoughts inside of her mind, on a TV/computer screen.

Is that even remotely possible?!

Kind of... it can be done (to an extent). i.e. if you were thinking about something happy, it would look different than if you were thinking about something sad or scary.
