is this foul pox? pictures??? help

It actually looks like wet pox to me. The mouth region appears to be affected and the eyes.

Threehorses - don't they recommend putting something on those in the mouth to try to dry them up faster and alleviate respiratory distress? I'm not really familiar with it, but I've read some on this and that's what it appears to be.
