Is this Fowl Pox??? Please help

I am posting again here because I got no responses the first time and I really need advice please.

I discovered one of my chicks with her beak weird and lost it when i saw this growth that is across most of the roof of her mouth. i looked back on photos and have been able to calculate that this developed within a weeks time. I now have another chick that has me worried. She has two small black dots, one on her comb and another ob the corner of her mouth.

I have been giving her metronidazole for 2 days now because at first I believed it was canker but now I think its wet pox. I clean the area with hydrogen peroxide, then put iodine and triple antibiotic ointment. I have been feeding egg with garlic and acv water with nutrients. Today she seems worse since i can hear that she cant breathe. Any help with whatever this is would be immensely helpful.

Are you sure a fly hasnt handed and laid a grub in there? Is it moving

It looks like the tail of a bot fly or larvae of some sort sticking out ... did you try pulling it out?

Poor thing! I'm not sure if it't fowl pox, but @Eggcessive, @Kiki, or @casportpony might know.

I don't see any movement. I've cleaned it several times and pushed to see if any pus comes out and nothing. It seems like its just inflamation. I'll be honest, I may be too gentle when cleaning since she screams in pain. I'll post more pictures soon. Thank you all for helping.

You might not see any movement....they are nasty things... id try pulling it

I'm sorry for the graphic pictures, but this is the best way to figure out what she has.
I found some more scars or scabs in her body which I showed in a pic. I checked to see if it could be a fly but I really don't think so.

She has a lot of energy, is eating which is giving me hope but I doubt she's managing to breathe without opening her mouth. You guys still don't think its fowl pox?
