I agree with Eggcessive, you should get Vet help, looks to be Dry Pox yet some kind of growth. Fungus came to my mind due to the white coloring around the growth but not really sure it's Dry Pox/fungus looks more like growths the more I look at it.
On another site, someone posted a picture of their chicken with something similar going on...Was thought to be a severe case of Dry Pox, she treated with Coconut Oil and was told - "If Coconut oil is working, you likely have a fungal infection. The caprylic acid in the oil is a good antifungal. I’ve read on another chicken group that they can get systemic yeast infections and you’d want to feed them probiotics or fermented feed to restore their natural flora". Hen is recovering nicely now.
