Is this Fowl Pox?

Your expert opinions would be much appreciated! Our little French Wheaten pullet has black things on her face. At first I thought she might have hurt herself or maybe got pecked by the others, but it seems to be getting worse now. Can you guys please take a look at the pics? Do you think it could be fowl pox?
