That does look like possible fowl pox. There's no specific treatment for it, I'd just separate the affected birds until they heal

what if I cant separate them? like too many that look like they might have it and no place to move them to

If most of your flock has it I'd just keep an eye on them. It should sort itself out in a few weeks
