I wouldn't bother unless she's getting seriously bullied. One of mine has the same bruising/blood spots and it's just from your everyday pecking order exchanges. I'd be worried about the product being an attractant with smell/sheen/etc and making things worse.

It does look like wounds from pecking. This is normal in chicken flocks as they determine the pecking order.
