is this from has spurs Piercing him? (((MORE PICTURE!!)))

I would rinse it off with diluted Betadine (antiseptic), apply Neosporin liberally, and wrap it with vet wrap to keep it clean. You might want to reapply the Neosporin and vet wrap every couple of days to keep an eye on it and make sure it is healing. Good luck with this

Well, there ya go. I`m looking at it thinking it`s already closed up and dry and wondering if it should even have Neosporin on it at this point. I think a little Neosporin might be good, but I would certainly leave it open to the air. Just two opinions.......Pop

it has a bit of a scab I think,
sorry I am not sure, but every time I pick him up to see he bits or trys to kill me.

Yeah it looks like the poor guy needs a spur trim.

I recommend the potato method, easiest on everyone involved.

Oops - The area in the middle of the picture looked like pus (and infection) to me. If it's dry and scabbed over I agree with you

It's been a while, but yes I have done it, and seen it a couple of times. It works best if you wrap the bird in a towel, and wrap it's leg while you're working on it so it doesn't burn his leg. It's pretty easy, and it doesn't seem to stress out the bird much.

You can even let the potato cool and give him an apology treat afterwards
