Is this frostbite or something else?

He is the only one the looks like this. He is the only naked neck also. Is this frostbite? It’s only black along the entire tip of his comb. Is he okay like that if it is frostbite?

That is frostbite. Give him some time, and he will loose all that's frostbitten.

Update: it did not fall off! It took some time but it is healing. That spot is now a little paler then the rest, but still intact and no longer black! Thank you guys!
