So, today I went outside to check on my gals. I saw that they were both walking around funny. So, I picked both of them up and saw this.

Hello, Chickens rock.Im not sure, It looks like Bock-Bock may have a bit of FrostBitw, but could you please post better Photos?
 
Frostbite is black, and their legs and feet are grey, so it's difficult to tell. It looks Roesay's farthest right toe is bent outwards. It is broken?
 
That looks to be ice built up on the feet.....Chicken legs and feet freeze very fast.......Warm up their legs....2x4s are great roosts...flat side up so they can lay on their feet....Straw down to walk on....

OK, I think they might have a hole in the roof. I've been seeing them being wet in the morning and it is not snowing or raining.

Can you post a photo of your coop?
What type of material is your roof made of?

Metal and plastic have a tendency to "sweat" or have condensation ( looks like it's raining inside) if you don't have enough ventilation and/or a vapor barrier.
