It has been cold recently and I have noticed this on my roosters comb and I am unsure weather or not it is frost bite. If it is frostbite is there any thing I can do for him? Also would it ever return to looking normal? His waddle doesn’t have anything on it. I also so noticed something like this on one of my hens too.

Thank you for your help!

Yes, that is minor frostbite. DO NOT TOUCH IT. Just watch for infection. He should recover fine. He may loose some tissue.
How much ventilation is in your coop?
Do you keep water in the coop?
What size is the coop and how many birds total does it house?

I will not touch it.
I keep a heated 3 or 4 gallon water container. The coop is 8x8 and is home to 4 hens and the rooster that is pictured.
As for ventilation there is a window which is closed and a vent at the very top. Also there is a chicken size door that I leave open.

Can you post pictures please?
It sounds like you are lacking enough ventilation and if the waterer is open source, it is making matters much worse. If it is a bucket with a loose fitting lid and horizontal or vertical nipples, it should be okay to stay in the coop provided it isn't leaking at all.

Sorry for the low quality picture, it was night when this was taken. I don’t have anywhere else to put the water right now but if it is a problem I can see if I can move it somewhere else.
