Is this girl getting beat up or have the pox?

We have a mixed flock of 6 Chickens that we got as babies in May. They free range and have a GIANT coop. They all seemed happy and healthy. We have one girl who just started laying at the beginning of the week. She is the only Orpington we have left ( the fox got the other). Today she suddenly has these black spots all over her comb, and the back of her neck seems bloody. Do you think she is getting bullied or has some sort of Illness? ANy suggestions on how to move forward. It's our first chicken "crisis" it's been smooth sailing prior to this!

Those black dots look like pecking wounds to me. Blood usually looks jet black on combs.
