I feed her layer, and safflower, mealworms. She's free range. I have beed washing her and soaking in Epsom salts. I've applied caneston. It's not dirty or foul. Those are all pin feathers but no 'fluff' and poop sometimes sticks to them. Her poops are firm and normal unless she gets too much fruit then they get runny. She looks to be molting, and that is a stressful time. What are her droppings like? Gleet usually causes a continuous leakage of foul-smelling droppings that may burn the skin around the vent, causing feather loss. It can be fungal from an upset in the digestive tract sometimes seen with sour crop.
I would bring her inside where it is warm, and wash her off with soap and water. Dry her with a towel and hair dryer. Get another picture of the vent. For frequent diarrhea, you can give her some probiotics a few days a week. Plain Greek yogurt with cultures, a spoonful daily may help.
What do you feed her? Does she have fresh clean water and food daily? How does her crop feel first thing in the morning? Does she lay eggs, or has she stopped while molting? Is she eating well? If her crop is not empty by early morning, she may have a crop disorder than needs to be treated.
