Is this goat supposed to look like that?

LOL there is no way to tell by looking if she is bred or not.

She is awefully thin. If you look on my website at Scarlett (my Nubian) you'll see the difference between dairy thin and emaciated. Mostly you check the chine/backbone for muscle coverage - the spine should not protrude as far as that doe's does. Also, she has no gut fill (not just empty tummy but sunken in!) which tells you she's not getting enough roughage.

She could be a diamond in the rough...$90 isn't a terrible price.

I would offer them 50 bucks or you will turn them over to the humane society. That thing is too skinny then take her to the vet and get her wormed and treated and then feed her poor soul!

My dad would never let me get a goat. I wish I could get one my neighbor had one named Lulu that we took for walks on a leash she loved it and they had to get rid of her because of the stupid nosey neighbor. His name is Gary and he told me when I was little my duck's name was stupid so I told him "FINE!, ILL NAME HIM GARY THEN!!!" and stomped off, I was prob 8 or 9.

The ad said "Due in late summer", implying she's been bred. YES, THAT GOAT IS WAYYY SKINNY! You should NOT see ribs on a goat (or any animal, for that matter - even Greyhounds!). Hip bones on a goat, yes...ribs, No. Do you know of anyone that could rescue her? I sure hope someone can help her - she's obviously living with a clueless individual.

The really sad thing is, besides the goat being emaciated, is that it is in a pen with no food or water available in sight.

PLEASE REPORT THIS PERSON!
