i was thinking of getting some buttons for a while, but i haven't been able to find any good places to get them. today, there were some advertised in the papers at $5 per bird, with no specifications on colour. would that be a good price?

in pet shops, it's typically $16 dollars for a bonded pair, they usually don't sell singles.
