Is this hen a roo?

Is it to early they are just over 6 weeks old. It looks like its growing wattles and they other hens aren't. Any thoughts?

Then I will say 50/50 chance, which means I would be guessing. Its probably too early to tell, but maybe someone with more experience with that breed will have a better answer.

I'm not sure of the breed, but they look a bit like cockerels. I'd say 50/50.
