Not a complete internal pip, but in about 30mins to an hour, or two it'll be completely internally pipped. You should start hearing peeping then.

It’s still struggling , I’m not really sure what to do now , it’s been nearly 5 hours the poor thing has been struggling for

The photo I am seeing looks like shadowing which happens at the bottom of the egg several hours before the actual internal pip. Be patient and wait. Nature knows what it’s doing!
