Normal rule of thumb is 24 hours from internal pip to external pip and another 24 hours from external pip to hatch. Of course there is some variation in this.
Just took these photos of my day 19 eggs which have all internally pipped.
Both photos are the same egg. The first photo shows a clear triangle this is the chick’s beak breaking through into the air cell. The second picture is the shadowing at the bottom of the air cell where the chick’s body is pressing into the membrane.
Sorry the photos are a little blurry but it gives you an idea.
