Is this LASH EGG?

So it's been 15 days since my hen had crop surgery.
She stopped her antibiotic treatment a week ago.
Her crop is empty in the mornings and she's been having regular normal poops again.
I thought she might be recovering finally but this morning I found in her bedding this long strip of something.
I thought at first she expelled an intestine, really scared me for a second.
I've been doing some research and think it might be lash egg? What do you think?

Cut it open and show what's inside. Is it hard or soft? Squishy? Like membrane? Wear gloves while handling.

It's hard, not as hard as an egg but I can squish it a bit but then the shape returns.

Then I think it probably is lash material. Hang on while I look for an article on salpingitis. I thought I had it handy but I don't. Maybe @Eggcessive can post it while I'm looking.

Thankyou for the articles. Im still not sure what I'm going to do with her though. Because she has been on antibiotics already for over a week and then this has happened, I don't know if putting her on them again will treat it or not?
She already hasn't been laying eggs for a long time prior to getting sick so im a bit stumped with what to do with her

Maybe the antibiotics helped her to pass it? Just guessing but I know usually a course of antibiotics for a human is at least 10 days. I think you should keep her on it till you hear from some of the Educators, like @Wyorp Rock , @Eggcessive , @azygous, @coach723 , @ChickenCanoe

She was taking antibiotics for 7 days after the surgery and has been off it for the past 8 days. So I should start her on it again?
