Is this little one a Roo?

I got sex-linked ISA Brown pullets from TSC about two months ago and I've been having a sneaking suspicion that three of my birds may, in fact, be roosters. This one in particular has me almost convinced because I think I heard her crow. When I went to investigate she did it again. Her comb and wattles are also noticeably bigger than the other two I have separated from the ones I know to be pullets. The person at TSC told me the chicks were about two weeks old when I got them. I believe them to be around 9 or 10 weeks old right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My town doesn't allow roosters so I'm a little worried.

Looks like a fine BO cockerel.
I have 12 week old BO pullets and none of them have that kind of comb and wattle development.

Yeah that's what I've been afraid of. Would you say this one is a cockerel as well?

So TSC gave me Orpingtons instead of ISA Browns, huh?
