Is this medicine still usable

I just moved, i was going through my medicines and i notice that my stress 911 water powder had some crystals in it and was wondering if it’s still useable. I also had some probiotic powder which hardened into rock hard block so i assume that no longer usuable but can i pick out the crystals in the 911, can someone who know medicine tell me
